You may have found your way here because something doesn’t feel quite right, or life feels a bit overwhelming at the moment. I would like to offer you some reassurance while you begin to find your way through this.
Sometimes things can feel confusing, overwhelming, or just not quite right, even if you can’t fully explain why.
I offer a space where you can take things at your own pace and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you in a way that feels safe and supportive.
I hope you find your way around my website easily. Please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions.
There are links throughout my website, highlighted in aqua green; please click on them to find out more.
I work in a person-centred way, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to support you as you begin to explore things more deeply, in a way that feels comfortable for you.
My approach is rooted in humanistic psychology, with a focus on self-acceptance and understanding yourself more fully — your values, your beliefs, and what feels meaningful to you.
I also draw on existential ideas, which gently explore things like choice, freedom, and the responsibilities that can come with that, especially during times when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
I work with people who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. This can sometimes show up as a sense of losing direction or feeling unsure of yourself in relationships. Life transitions, loss, and changes can also bring up difficult emotions that are hard to make sense of on your own.
You don’t need to have the words for it, as we can find other creative ways to express what’s going on. If something doesn’t feel right, that’s enough.
