It is about self-expression, empowerment, personal boundaries, equality and the healing potential of creativity
As part of my MA in Creative Arts and Health, I am developing 'This Is Me, This Is Us' - a project designed to help individuals explore and express themselves through creativity.
Open and transferable to people of all ages and experiences, the project invites participants to connect with their own stories and identities through a supportive, guided process that uses creative expression to bring their truth to life. The project will culminate in an exhibition, where these works can be shared and celebrated, raising awareness, offering a voice, and building community.
