Overview
A 6-week creative workshop series for adults, offering weekly 1.5-hour outdoor sessions that blend visual art, storytelling, and creative writing with a focus on wellbeing and connection to nature. The sessions aim to nurture self-expression, build creative confidence, and offer a mindful, inspiring space for participants to slow down and reconnect with themselves, others, and the environment.

Aims

  • To support emotional and mental well-being through outdoor creative practice

  • To build confidence in using various art forms, including collage, photography, and writing

  • To foster a connection to the natural world as a source of inspiration and calm

  • To create a non-judgmental, inclusive space for reflection, creativity, and community
