Overview
A 6-week creative workshop series for adults, offering weekly 1.5-hour outdoor sessions that blend visual art, storytelling, and creative writing with a focus on wellbeing and connection to nature. The sessions aim to nurture self-expression, build creative confidence, and offer a mindful, inspiring space for participants to slow down and reconnect with themselves, others, and the environment.
